Man does it annoy you or what when you give people parts to fix and they take forever??
Like my motor, I got it out of my bike in december and the guy that is fixing it in the north island has had it since then, and im STILL waiting. . with the 1st race at the end of the month its cutting it fine. Also suposedly Yamaha didnt have the parts in stock to fix it up. Grrrrrrr Crying or Very sad
I have it rolling now with its new PEPs and houser aarms and I wanna use it.
Happen to you guys much?

Iv'e never had to wait more than a couple of days for Yamaha Genuine Parts here. It does piss me off if it someone take longer to do something than they ened to and are blaming it on the parts not being in stock rather than the fact that they just havent done the work.

a little of subject as well but i dought a brand new toyota aurion on the 8th jan 08 its now 16th march 08 and i still havent got my owners manuals or even a spare set of keys for it, the things even done 15,000km's and had its first service. i was assured on thae day of delivery that the manuals would either be found or reordered they apparently reordered them mid jan but still havent received them
Un fortunately i cant walk into the dealer cause its like 5000km's from were i live otherwise id be makin a rukus in there showroom but after many phonecalls to the salesman it might be time to make a call to the dealer principle

Customer service stinks these days

No excuse for that at all. Email Toyota Australia direct and cc the Toyota dealer principle & sales person. If it's a lease, cc the lease company as well. In your email state you expect to have the manual & spare key by Thursday 20th.
