well its been months since i sent my rule purosal in to try get quads to be able to race on ANDRA drag tracks but this is what they said
"Paul
Letters were sent last week. Unfortunately the proposal for the inclusion of Quads, or the creation of a bracket, was not supported by the NCC."

try and get in touch with john (magot) he has draged a stock banshee a few years ago and seem to know a bit about the rules ,he use to drag race years ago. he is on this forum pm me if have no luck.
I would like to see this happen.
