there was a guy on ebay that sold cool heads for $350 with 21cc domes (pritty cheap i thought), in his adds he said he was down a stockton most weekends, maybe someone who rides there and has taked/knows him can give you some info... as for 19cc he might be able to help, you might have to buy em seperate from hardimans etc
