Dam thing looks like the 700 twin kwaka!!!!
before running out and getting one check the weight of the thing
and it is only a 686cc
dont think yamaha would be worried at this point.
But your right good to see honda doing somthing. |

Converted a few:
Raptor 700=686cc
TRX 700=686cc
Raptor weight=180kg-Dry weight/No oil/water/fuel
TRX weight=230kg-with all fluids
Raptor tank=11L
TRX tank=13.5L
But If i had to choose I'd take the Banshee hands down _________________ "Its Only A Flesh Wound !!!"

| Weight is comparable if compare apples with apples. Includes all fluids, this is how each manufacturer should measure the weight. Cos i know i dont ride with no oil, coolant or fuel. |

Ash what do you mean diff?
I know both the outlaw and this honda have independant rear suspension, meaning that the rear sproket is mounted to a hub up in the frame with CV joints. But to my knowledge there is no differential. Both the rear wheels turn at the same speed.

At 230kg you wouldn't want to get it stuck anywhere.
If I was gonna have a quad that heavy I'd get a winch. But that would add more weight.
In the tight washed out tracks we ride it would be a deterant to have the weight, even with the power. _________________ 06 LTZ400

50kg is a "profanity removed" load of fuel and oil
You could maybe add 15-20kg to the raptor dry weight and it would still have 30kg on it.
I'd still take my LTR over it anyday _________________ Proud Member of QuadridersSA
