it's an oregan scientific it's shock protected and water resistant. does one hour high res per 2m card. the only thing that i can fault so far is the buttons are so shock proof it is hard to turn on... plus the fact my foul language is recorded... and the rocks hit me and not it.... _________________ Family is most important.... next is our quads |

hey Jamie
nice music on the cruising around stockton dunes clip - how do you add music???
Looks like you have had similar issues with getting it on the right angle. How did you work it out?
We have been doing trail and error... the first time i filmed 43mins of northern territory soil types - great if your into that sort of stuff. Then another time it tilted to the right so saw a lot of bush...
is mounted on the helmet or bike best?
also does it cost to put stuff on u-tube? _________________ Family is most important.... next is our quads |

whats the average time you can film for on most of these cams?
Do they all have the external pack you need to carry? _________________ If this message creates confusion, my work here is done.

time they can film - mine depends on the size memory card you put in it and the pix/resolution you choose. i\mine can get 1hr on a 2meg memory card at the highest resolution/detail. The one we have is all contained in a 4" x1" camera/unit which inc batterys (2xAA) and a memory card nothing else required (no external pack). then it has cords etc that you can run straight to a tv or computer. however i find it fast to remove the memory card and download to our computer via a usb card reader...
when i was looking for one - the no external pack was one of my hopes as i would no doubt loose one piece
i am new to this but this what i have worked out so far
I am going to get another one so we can have one each when competeing in the same race - i brought one just so i could make sure it was not a waste of money and would suit us. If any one else want to combine shipping from the states please pm me... _________________ Family is most important.... next is our quads |

I edited all the footage on windows movie maker and uploaded some music up on the video,no it does not cost money to put videos on youtube,
I worked the angle of the cam by adjusting it while sitting on the bike with another quad sitting in front of me and testing it out on the computer to see if it was positioned correctly.its mounted on the side of the visor on my helmet.. |

do you know what sort of format youtube takes. I've tried photobucket but they won't take a .dwz file and I don't know how to change the format. _________________ 10 LTR 555 Dingo

Firstly I cant believe I quoted my self...
Dennis got his the other day, the finish and qual is second to none, cant wait to try it out, I'm definatly getting one. These are well worth the $500 plus some change in my book. _________________ 2005 KFX700
