I'm not turning around to drive all the way back to Dubbo.
I'll be there all day Sat & Sun afternoon.
How long a drive from Newcastle to Lavis Lane? (I usually stay at Anna Bay) _________________ Don't close your eyes during the crash, you'll miss the best part |

| Don't forget to have your rego from the RTA and your beach permit from the servo at the entrance to lavis lane, or the Rangers will just tell you to turn around and go home. I saw them send a bunch of dirtbikes back to Brisbane. |

On any weekend they have 2 Rangers in the carpark & 2 on the Beach.
The short of it is, no rego, no ride! |

| If you need to use lavis lane then get rego - the majority sneaking on the beach don't bother - it's simple don't stop for the ranger. The last 3 times ,since new years , the only time we saw a ranger was when he asked our opinion on the access track - wasn't interested about rego on the 6 bikes parked next to him in lavis track.I think fines can ad up to $800-$900.Get rego or have a get away plan-simple. |

Its the simple fact that if you want to ride at stockton, get rego... it $140 for 3 months FFS, and your will have insurance and wont have to worry bout rangers or cops.
Do the right thing and dont ruin it for people who legitimatly ride at stockton.....
This will be what F*cks it for everyone |

If the cops are there then your better off just stopping man, and thats if ya can spot em, they look just like normal moto guys decked out with the latest bikes and gear with 1 small patch on each arm sporting the nsw police symbol, because those guys can ride!!! they were handing out fines around and up to $3000 just before chrissy over there, for people without anything (no rego, permit, insurance, number plate, and so on and if ya did try and run and they got ya well you "profanity removed" LOL) for $140 for 3 months gotta ask yaself is it worth risking a huge fine and ruining ya weekend ? If i see a quad on a tow truck ill feel for you! _________________ "Its Only A Flesh Wound !!!"

I regoed yesterday and this is what I was told. (Raymond Terrace)
If you don't have lights, blinkers (to notify those behind you of your intension to change direction) mirrors, 2 red rear reflectors and a horn FITTED to your quad if you have a accident the insurance company will want to know why and possibly void your insurance. Kind of like having a car accident with bald tyres.
Makes you wonder if its worth $421.00 x 2 quads. |

that's a good price for peace of mind and being able to look where you are going and not over your shoulder..
I am going to ask if it is o.k to reuse the plate of the 400ex that we no longer have but has 2 months rego left, I don't think it can be transfered but if it saves me a few bucks on a plate then it will help....
With our rec rego here you just state all state forrests and it covers you, no other permits needed, except from land owners here that have 4x4 tracks on their land... _________________ Andrew |

The drivers in Dubbo have blinkers and don't don't even use them. It's like they want you to guess where there going. Some even turn a 2 lane roundabout into 1. Sometimes I think it's safer driving thru St. Mary's during a drag race then in Dubbo.
Anyway, what time we meeting Sat?
I'll be there 10:30am. _________________ Don't close your eyes during the crash, you'll miss the best part |
