Conditional Rego is required along with a beach access permit to ride on Stockton Beach,
More info on conditional rego can be found here:

And this is the 'Customer Roadworthiness Declaration' form, this is also needed along with the 'application form'
http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/publicationsstatisticsforms/downloads/45070938.pdf
-Tick the boxes on the customer declaration saying you have:

The METRO FUEL/SERVICE STATION at the western end of Lavis Ln is one place to get the BEACH PERMIT/STICKER.=$30 per yr or $10 per w/end.
Please note: You wont get a permit with out REGO PAPERS, even if you have the plate, no PAPERS, NO PERMIT.

Ok, Recent changes now meen that a UVP is no longer available form the RTA (im told),
Therfore the ONLY way to ride legally on stockton's allocated areas is with Conditional Rego, and permits when they come into affect.
Good news is though that the area in which we are allowed to ride has increased dramatically in size and allows greater access to the southern sections of the dunes.
A full map and details of the new area is available here:
http://www.nationalparks.nsw.gov.au/PDFs/wcl_beach_driving_map.pdf
Please be aware, NPWS Rangers have been in 'education' mode for some time now, advising people what is needed to ride legally etc.
As of the END OF JANUARY they will begin with what i like to call 'revenue' mode, in which case they will start handing out fines.
Hope this helps, and for every riders sake, follow the rules and dont ruin it for everyone.
