drove out to south east hills and just as we got bikes off trailer a dse ranger pulled up and warned us if we started riding on tracks he would fine us...makes me want to sell the quad and buy a registered trail bike...

I have come across the rangers 4 times and each time, common sense prevailed, mind you you might have got a summer ranger (employed for the summer only) and he likes the power a bit too much. Just say no worries and better luck next time. Or buy a bike

yeah,i hear what your saying...,its the bl**dy police as well over here. I traded my ttr250 in for the atv, and started to wonder myself if i did the right thing after being warned a few times by the rangers and police.......BUT ...... you only need to go for a ride to realise why you ride a atv ,and YES i will play ther cat and mouse game, cause they arent going stop me from doing what i love...............( no one ever said life was fare,u just live it )

If they see you riding. Full throttle is the way. Should be able to get away from them on the raptor.

yeah, great mines think alike. They riding those WR 450 ,not a slow bike in anyones lingo , but if they want my money they are going to have to work hard for it.

So they are on bikes. All the rangers round here drive round in there utes. So it will be a bit hard for you but anyway. FULL THROTTLE

ive heard the cops are on bikes and rangers 4wd's down my way..imagine the que down at vicroads the day comes when quads can be registered if that day ever comes that is

Yeah but by the time you can register quads i will probably be old enough to legaly ride one on the roads. I'm only 13 at the moment
