I told you Landy there is nothing wrong with training at the pub - you just need to up the intensity - bigger beers = heavier beers!!!!!!!

Lee i have meet some lads up here that ride quads living next door to sumo. trying to get them to race seranity farm and the ayr mx. They are sorta keen to have a go so i think these tracks mite be good for them to start racing on as it close and easy to ride. Got sumos bike going today and hes keen to get back into (while his missus is away).

We have been speaking with Charters Towers Motorcycle Club and they have advised that Serenity Park is CANCELLED due to the flooding.
They are hoping to have a Short MX under lights on Saturday 8th March - Sups are pending - they advised that they are not sure if Quads will be included in this event . Keep an eye on the MQ Website for chages to the Sups. |

Charters Towers rang me today and said they will be running us on the top track. The stadium mx track. Apparantly the seranity track and the canteen there was washed away. The bottom mx track has been washed away as well but they are going to try and get it ready, depending on weather. Apparantly they will run quads on it by the way.

I just received a phone call from the charters towers club. They have only 2 quads nominated. Myself and my brother. I was told we need 5 QUADS to make a class. They want to know asap how many are going otherwise dont bother turning up. So if everyone is keen to get quad racing up and going i urge you to pull your finger out of your ars and help support this cause. Im sick of having people saying they will be there then we get told to piss off cause we dont have the numbers. Certain club members dont want quads there and they will get there way if we dont start turning up. So if you are going to ride let me know so i can notify the club and everyone will know it is on. Otherwise if people turn up and get turned around that will piss a few people off.

JUst rang the club and one day licences and nominations on the day are ACCEPTED. We need 5 quads. Sic mic are you still going and will your dad be keen. The track is short and sorta technical and tight but easy jumps. They are small jumps. I dont know postie if there are fuel stops on the way but check on a google website.

cool. sic mic told me he was going also. but my brother dont know now as he may have to work. im working on him, harshly! Im going to try and ring dave see if he knows if anyone is keen. would be better to have more than 5 because if there is mechanical failure, someone gets hurt, or just dont turn up that will be a real disappointment as i would feel really bad for those who drove along way.
