couple of pics of the DS90x that landed today at our dealership, great lookin little quad, trick setup, looks very much like a Honda type top end , would love to know if the trick pit bike parts are going to fit!

Looks a lot like the Polaris Outlaw 90 donk (cam chain tensioner).
In which case it will be the smaller Honda head stud patern and run a 47mm bore, 13mm gudgeon pin with an 11mm deck height.

It' a good lookin little fella.

Whats the Honda stud pattern width? I'll have to measure and check it against this one before it leaves the shop. Any other ideas on how to see what type of pot and head its got? WITHOUT pulling it apart!!

Honda stud pattern clockwise from the front of the quad starting at top left is...
49.5mm to the top right.
48.5mm down to the bottom right.
50.5mm across to the bottom left.
and 46mm back up to the top left where you started.

diagonal measurements are 68.3mm and 69.5mm.

There are other possible differences like cam chain tunnel dimensions.
Although some differences in these areas are acceptable and parts are still interchangeable.

hope that helps.

they do look like a weapon, pity about the CVT, may not be a problem if you can go big enough.... thinking about building a jumbo out of one Wadey?

they certainly look like a good chassis though. need to get yourself a demo one for some experiments.......

Bullet, pity I didnt get time to measure it properly before it left [ its got a home in S.A. ] I did quickly measure accross top studs at approx. 51-52 mm centre to centre, I only had a ruler and couldnt get a super accurate measurement, I am wondering if thats could have been 50.5 and would line up with what youve said?
Pete, cant help myself when I look at these things, the possibilitys are endless!!! Hows Sara going?
Merry Xmas
