The excitement clouded your vision i think, that first add got scam written all over it from the feedback , low price to the free post any where in oz?

| You can raise a claim with ebay. Go to the disputes console in the my ebay section. If you paid through paypal they will deal with it for you. |

There's plenty of guys here from SA.
In hindsight should have had them inspect it for you. It would have probably cost you petrol.
If they don't want inspections....DON'T BUY!!!!!!
Obviously this seller didn't want inspections as he was giving away free freight with no pickup. That alone should have raised some flags.
Thanks for sharing this, good lesson for future buyers.
Good luck with getting reimbursed.
Let us know how it goes with ebay or paypal.

| we will do pre purchase inspections for anyone on here or any quad club members of any state, for items located in the adelaide metro and inner country areas. if it's located in an area we would normally go through during normal activities there will be no call out fee. our normal labour rate of $66.00/hr would apply, but shouldn't need to take an hour verifying an item's existance and overall condition, so most times the cost would be below that. we hadn't thought of the potential need to do this but looks like there is a need so the service is now available for those who require it |

last week today tonite had a story on a bloke with the same name riping people off on ebay selling cheap junior quads and pit bikes... many payed for them and never received them, they said would be over 200 people that have been caught out by this bloke and apparantly he is back on ebay again..... ebay didnt seem too interested in solving the isue.
