HONDA TRX 250R 1986
THIS QUAD IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION STOCK AS IT CAME OUT OF THE FACTORY, EXCEPT TYRES , NERFBARS & PARK BRAKE BLOCK OFF.
IT CAME TO AUS IN ABOUT 86 FROM A FAMILY THAT MOVED
HERE BUT THEN MOVE BACK , TO THE USA AND SOLD IT TO
THERE FRIENDS ON A FARM THE R WAS ONLY USED ON THE
FARM. IT SAT IDLE FOR YEARS THEN THERE SON USED IT FOR
ONE YEAR AND I SAW IT ON THE BACK OF HIS UTE AND
CHASED HIM DOWN HE BOUGHT A NEW SET OF STD MAXXIS
TYRES FOR IT AND SAID I COULD BUY IT OFF HIM WHEN HE
HAD FINISHED WITH IT , I WANTED IT BECAUSE I HAVE
ANOTHER 250R MODIFIED(FOR SPARES) BUT DIDNT NEED THEM
(HONDA QUALITY) I COULDNT BRING MYSELF TO MODIFYING IT.
I RODE IT A FEW TIME AND IT GOES REALLY WELL I COULD
SEE WHY THEY ARE SO POPULAR IN STOCK MODE. IT IS
REALLY LIGHT AND EASY TO RIDE. SAD TO SEE IT GO.
THE FRONT LEFT WHEEL HAS A DING IN IT BUT IT DOESNT LET
ANY AIR OUT.

yes, still for sale had 5 calls & someone pm aswell .( first in.)
question asked by pm was compression which is 125psi, and would i drop the price , i said no these 250r are 21 years old you cant just go to the bike shop and buy one ,i think its worth more. will ass with frieght as much as i can.
remember the front left wheel has a ding in it but it still hold air, bumper has been hit and the steering stem has a slight bend (easy fixed), this all was like when i got it. but does not affect the quad. _________________ hustleratv.com.au 0407 797 780

dom you'll be sorry if it sells the bike rides like a near new one the only quad ever made that handles better than some of the so called new copys every one should have ridden a 250r then they would know how a quad should handle
yes i have been lucky enough two have test ridden 2 of them now and to see you at the nationals pull a hole shot on the back wheel was proven fact that they still to date are a wepon to be reckoned with.
best of luck to the lucky person that buys one _________________ SA quad & motorcylce club member !

well my seat and rear gaurd remove in one piece no tools! front has rubber grommets and a strap at one end but the front i had to use a 13 mm spanner i tried something new using just rubber grommets etc it didnt give me any problems at our last round here in sa at ttg mx which ( i won ) ,the grommets fell apart, its easier to wash it with gaurds removed. how did your typhoon go forggybog88 _________________ hustleratv.com.au 0407 797 780

hi, if there are no takers i will roll her back in the crowded shed and cover it with a sheet, but i might consider a lay-by $2000 up front and 6months to pay the rest. what do you think _________________ hustleratv.com.au 0407 797 780
