can you pull the flywheel off without the special puller that you can buy, or can you use a normal 2 or 3 leg puller? i heard using a normal puller will wreck the flywheel
if anyone has a picture of this special flywheel puller, can they post it up please as i have not seen what they look like _________________ 04 yfz450 |

do not use a normal puller!! you will bend the flywheel.
rattle the nut and get your bike shop to pull the flywheel, or shell out and buy the special puller. your yamaha shop should be able to get you one, or you can buy a universal one, most dirtbikes use the same puller.
prolly cost you about $50 from the bike shops, you can buy em for about $12 us though on ebay... just gotta pay shipping and wait for it _________________ 2002 SE Banshee |

luckly a mate of mine found his so yeah i used that, i know why you would bend the flywheel now, real tight on the taper and they are all hollow behind it.
