how about this ,if there is no free travel in the lever. EG LIKE THE CLUTCH LEVER .

The rear brake will start binding or stay on ,when this happens again ,see if you have any free travel in the foot lever.if so the piston is not going to full out distance to reless the pressure ,for the next brake stop.
YOU MAY HAVE TO ADJUST THE ROD BETWEEN THE PEDAL & MASTER CYLINDER, to make it free all the time.
QUESTION TO YOU is the brake pads good or bad ,meaning worn out or not. this may help

Quad is definitely right.
there is a little hole in the master cylinder called the compensating port. When the Master cylinder piston is fully returned (must have even one thou of push rod slack) and the pressure is off the fluid and the system breathes to the reservior.

Shorten the push rod a tad and you'll be done.

Slightly buckled disc. It is pumping up the brakes.
