Depends what you are doing & how much you want to spend.
My advice is as follows in this order:
Good set of nerfs.
Flexx bars.
Clamp on filter (K&N or Uni Filter) & re jet carb (mikuni or dyna jet jets).
Good slip on pipe (Pro Circuit, HMF, ect), keep std header.
Radiator shrouds.
Good set of front shocks, Ohlins, Elka ect.
Anti vibe clamps & steering stem (HPD, Lonestar)
TRX front brake cylinder.
TRX thumb throttle.
Chasis doesn't need any work.
