AS more and more people are rideing at stockton beach ,
where losing more sand to ride on i think i would be good idea to fit the flag wips to atvs & maybe to all vehicles for safety ,have talked to a number of riders that say its a good idea for this so whot do you think on this .

looking in getting 50 to 100 2.4 metre flag wips to hand out for whot it costs good ones that work .

think safety first quad.

Quad, fibreglass whips 6' long 1/4" diametre with standard atv mount go for $15 USD at the moment with the quick release mount version around $20. Flag prices vary but are generally around $20 also. DW Flags will bulk ship the whips at $12.50 USD freight per lot. I am waiting for information on lot sizes from them. If you cannot find these units locally, let me know and I will pass on the contact details. They are able to custom design flags also at the same cost as their stock units.

DW Flags can put the OZ ATV forum custom made flag into the business/club section on their website so that forum members can order flags directly from them. Members can also have the option of customising the flags with their log on names or nick names etc. at no extra cost. Check out the link to the Raptor Forum custom flag on the DW Flag site.

Do I hear the word "competition" here Rick?

If Quad doesn't mind me hijacking his thread, how about we have a competition to design an ATV forum dune flag. Members can post their designs on a new thread and we will put them up for voting after the competition closes to find the most popular choice. With the forum owners permission, I will send the winning design to DW Flags for printing. The prize for first place will be two free flags and whips from DW Flags, and one flag/whip combo for second and third places ( I am happy to foot the cost for this).
The winning members can then report on the quality of the items on the forum for those members not willing to purchase the units sight unseen.
Let me know your thoughts

These guys supply LED lit whip/flag combos in a great range of colors. Unfortunately they are around $150 AUD for a 5' whip.
