as per the bulletin newspaper Queensland
"trailbike hoons will have their bikes confiscated with the extension of queenslands anti-hooning laws this week"
the new laws give police power to:
-issue a 48 hour noise direction for first complaint
-seize the trailbike for 48 hours
-impound the trailbike for a further 48 hours for 3 complaint
-make an application for confiscation and forfeiture order by court
***so qld bush bashers beware !!!******

That sucks. First they try to take tracks but they fail so they take the trails. They are idiots what difference does it make to them if we ride in the bush or not???????
I dont personally ride bush much but i know that if the take the trails grant^^^^^^^^ wont have anywhere to ride....
