Can the frame be returned to a trike or is it screwed?

hi
sold bearing carrier
the axle is good
the hubs have the studs removed and the four ends ground down a bit
brand new disc hub
brake master cyl , hose and slave cyl ok was working
$350
if you are keen i can take some pics
