well i had my first ride on my new quad on sat and ran into the rangers...........only to get kicked out of the area me and a couple of mates were riding
WEEEEEEELL today i got a call from the rangers tsaying "ill have 2 fines in the mail, the first worth $50 and the other worth $100"
one was unlawful trespass and the other one was riding without consent (not sure what he said the last one was)
bugger
what a way to start my quad riding life

That's what I meant when I said 'It could have been worse' in your previous topic.
The two fines sound like your breaking the same law, trespass and riding without consent.

i had my bike on a trailer when they rocked up...... so i couldnt go anywhere

there was about 15 quads of ours parked in the first camping ground on your right headin towards the entrance to the beach track
had about 20 rangers come past and two even sat and had a drink with us
they didnt say a thing about the bikes
so where were all you guys parked at the time when all this ranger action happened |

they are in WA not NSW where burnoutnut got fined
seems wont be long before you guys at stockton arent any diff to us reading other thread

??? There's no way they would be fining me if my bike was on a trailer!! they haven't got no proof of ya riding it, if ya truck wasn't rego or permitted yer maybe for that but there's no way i'd be paying that fine buddy...

yeah gnangara pines is a bit of a dump. you can also ride out near barbagallow raceway that goes for adges if you keep heading north.

me, rc and his brother when for a spin there on tuesday......... i had a ball we did abit of bash bashing coz the path was only wide enough for a 2 banger
i need somewhere to get some slides and wheelies happening tho

1. stop/park a vehicle on private property $100
2. failure to register/use of a unregistered vehicle $50
(its bullpoo that we have to register a vehicle designed for off road use only )
