well boys
about ten weeks ago i had a bad stack out the back of kurri in the bush. its been great up until now , the healing process went along nicely bones mended great and now i,m riding again.
well today i had the cops at me front door with some paper work in reguards to a blood test that was done on me at the time i was addmitted . its taken this long for the results to come through stating that my tests were negitive , but that was,nt the problem nope sir re was it.
because i was on crown land and that the crown land was classed as private property and that the vehicle i was riding at the time was not registered i could be looking at a very nasty size fine.
i said to the police man that he should have come visit me in hospital. when he ask why , i told him it would of been less painful if he would of told me while i was in a coma, now that he did,nt take to kindly too.
tipical oozie if ya cant get em while their standin then kick em in the guts while their down

If your on private land as you said, well then you wernt even tresspassing till you refuse to leave that said land. They cant have both ways, its crown or it private. seek legal opinion. just my 2 cents worth. _________________ 2005 KFX700

I thought crown land was classed as public land i.e state forest's, river easements etc. unless it is specifically closed like National Parks, ADF and Water Catchment areas. _________________

Dear diary,
Don't let this family borrow your quad. They seem to stack often and require medical assistance _________________ Don't close your eyes during the crash, you'll miss the best part |

All I can suggest is Offroad Ride parks or join your local quad club / mx club for more ride time . It looks like it's across the board , the government has to protect it's own legal liabilities ie; if you get injured on said land the land holder is held liable , same as the burglar hurting himself on private property the burglar has right to compensation ! or so I am told it's also an easy revenue raiser |

still unrego uninsured ... cant get them for an un roadworthy vehicle but if caught you will get the same fine. Moral to the story is we know we have no rego etc so dont get caught, and if you do ride like hell if that dont work lie or cry depending on your gender _________________ getting your quad around just got a whole lot easier www.ozcustomquadcarriers.com.au |
