got two quads No.1 polaris outlaw 525 pro taper handle bars, nerf bars, twist throttle and dual pipes No.2 is a polaris scrambler 400 4x4 with a honda nx 650 engine grafted into it. I ride often on a local property and town reserve, with a mate on his raptor 700.

Welcome to the forum. The outlaw are a great ride. How do you find the twist throttle?

Blackwater is approx 200km west of Rockhampton in Queensland.
I find the twist throttle a lot easier to hang on to when changing from a sitting to a standing position.

Welcome Leeso, good to see another CQ quad rider. Get hold of 450yam2 if you don't already know him he has recently moved to Blackwater. He only rides a Honda but I wouldn't hold that against him. He still gets around pretty quick not much chop on the flat track though. But seriously he generally knows where all the riding and racing is happening...Speedway in Moranbah 27th October (no prize money or anything just racing for pride. Good mix of skill level to, generally from first timers to pretty bloody good riders ) and hopefully 450yam2 is trying to get Clermont to open for a practice day on the 28th
