What’s every ones opinion of the typhoon 125?
My son is a small 9 year old and is finally after a quad (about time)
He can ride my 700 and the missus 350 but just doesn’t have the body weight to push it into the corners
So typhoon it is ---
I know I have been asking about these things for a while but now its time to pick one up
He will mainly ride trails but will also do some club days at the track to see if racing is his thing (I know you can’t race 125’s yet)
So if any one has one of these things -- can you please tell me how they perform and if any modifications are need to make them better to ride and more reliable
Thanks HUGE _________________ -------------------------------------------------------

huge i know you have proberly looked around at all the different type of quads out there, but i just dont think the typhoon would cut it trail riding.
they look like they have two thirds of no ground clearance for starters
what about a blaster, ive seen them going cheap with a bit of bling
just my 2 cents |

Fair go ---- that’s not how I do business ---- yes I looked at the other systems on offer in the 4 sale section (wouldn’t you?)
I even asked an experienced motorcycle mechanic what he thought and all answers lead to yours (clown)
The fact of the mater is if the boy don’t like riding it (the blaster) so why spend more money on it?
As I stated clearly in my email I was more than happy to pay the price we discussed
Since returning from Sydney my son has had a ride or two and doesn’t like the feel of the blaster --- he fells much safer on the warrior
Thanks (I think) huge _________________ -------------------------------------------------------

Cool ---- we are not advertising the blaster just yet to see if he comes around as the bloody thing hammers
If he dose end up riding it and enjoying it enough to sell his KX well then I will look to buy some add on’s -------- and if you still have that pipe I would be happy to take it off your hands
Thanks huge -- is it just me or do you all think I always rub ppl the wrong way?

Dispite what has transpired on this thread. Has anyone had much exprerience with these Typhoons?
I personally would steer someone towards a Blaster, but a 9 year old just making the cross to quads. I would have thought a Typhoon would fit the bill just nicely?
