Our problem is that our clunkey old banshee, that has served us very well, has a bit of slop in the axle bearing carrier. Its oversized on the bearings. Still seems to work OK, but I would like the bearings to be a tighter fit.
Has anyone got any ideas on how to fix this or is a new carrier the go?
Has anyone made one & if so could you give us some tips?
Cheers

| Get a centre punch and punch a heap of dents around where the bearings sit. This gives the effect of building up the bearing area and will make the bearings fit tighter. |
