should be heading to cungulla on saturday!
ive got about 4-5 quads keen on the idea
and a couple of bikes also
if anyones keen to mess around maybe setting
up a track on the beach for a play you should head on down!
more the merry-er!
i havent looked at tied times but i'd be guessing we'd be going there like 2ish hours after the top of the tide till night or till it starts comming back in!
see how we go! |

i think its about a 0.8m tide at midday for the low tide
couple of us goin to Beach Mount/Wunjunga on saturday for a ride too.
i thought the locals down cungulla had gone hay wire and no bikes were goin on the beach anymore?
when was the last time you went Random? _________________ 2002 SE Banshee |

but you can ride between the high an low tide mark aparently

i'd be fingrd if we got there an couldnt ride!
what about beach mount? down south of ayr?
never been there so no idea how big or good it is!

there are no problems at beach mount as long as you stay away from the huts and out of the dunes.
there isnt as much beach as cungulla and it needs a low (0.3) low tide to have a decent ride.
not quite sure what the story at cungulla is, i just heard the locals were cracking up.
but yeah also heard the same story as you, stay off the dunes and should be fine.
looks like myself and two mates may be heading to cungulla tomorrow morning now.
was going to beach mount but im a bit worried there wont be enough beach for us as we want to be out of there by lunch time.
may join you on sunday just yet as well, as none of my mates are keen! _________________ 2002 SE Banshee |
