seems the outlaw irs isnt quite as well accepted as polaris would of hoped as the 08 outlaw has gone back to a solid axle and a 450 motor... well so the story goes in the dirt wheels mag. _________________ Wilco65

Guess there are more MX bikes sold than trail bikes ... they want to (re) enter the QuadMX arena ...
Good move if you ask me ... _________________ Mikey got 3rd in the Nationals!!

For 08 there is a 525 IRS and a 525 solid axle and also a 450 solid axle, that way they can cover a bigger variety of riders and riding conditions. _________________ What would you know i read it on a forum it must be true ha ha |

i reckon the irs is awsome. its a bit like two stoke and four stroke. there was a time that any mx rider would not touch a four stroke but LOOK now!!!! _________________ I had one of those but the wheel fell off |

| My mate and I both own Polaris's he has a 06 TLD Predator and I have an Outlaw 525, on a recent trip to a property in Hawker (Flinders Ranges) we had them side by side and were able to swap and compare. Apart from the obvious power difference the difference between IRS and fixed axle was incredible. If anyone has the chance to compare the 2 over any type of terrain i suggest you take it. |

There was a bloke riding a POLARIS 525 irs at Blackduck yesterday and he had NO problems throwing that thing around a MX track, flogging a lot of the 2 wheel bikes. HE had number 52 on his back, i think i've seen him race before somewhere ????? |
