normal price is $20 per adult sized quad/bike ... kid sized ones $10

We've started on a quads only track, still a work in progress, but not too bad. The third shot in the pic gallery is on that track ... http://www.jams.on.net/assets/images/db_images/db_Pair_of_Suzis2.jpg

The main No.1 Bike/Quad Track is pretty tough, has been rutted up a lot and makes me sea sick going around it, up and down, up and down.

You should get in touch with the sa quad club there always looking for places to ride and sounds like you could have a place to hold an enduro event.

Cant stage races out there, Murray Bridge Council and insurance requirements would kill it.

As the site states ... recreational riding.

Its a hobby of ours, we bought the property to have some fun, first up I bought a dirt bike, but as soon as I saw a nice quad out there, a YFZ, I knew what I wanted and well I now I;ve the Raptor.

As far as insurance goes for the quad club, we have our own for competitive events. We raise a Motorcycling Australia permit, but the property possibly wouldn't be suitable for an enduro. How long does it take to do the biggest loop you could come up with?

Enduro type racing really would be out of the question, our agreement with the council is no racing.

Even though the property is 350 acres, the area where tracks are is probably 1/2 to a 1/3rd of this.

Longest loop of track, on a bike or quad would probably be 4 or 5 minutes.

It really is for recreational riding, where people can have some fun. Amenties are almost non-existent ... well there is a toilet, though there's no water or electricity.

We get quite a few families too, there is a kids only track. We will let people camp overnight on the weekends, though only when we get to know them.

Overall, its not a another ACUSA type comlpex, nor a Port Gawler type place, never will be.

Cheers

Fair enough, well good on you for providing SA riders an alternative riding spot. Much appreciated.
