Want to find out the bet way to mend broken plastics.
Its on a pressure point on the plastics where the chasie or part of the chasie meets the front fender and holds it steady. Is it fixable? or should i replace the front fender?
any Suggestions

if it's the moulded plastic bolt hole tabs,,underneath
which often crack-off on the YFZ's {when you roll-it  }
.
I've seen a lot of people replace with small fabricated aluminium angle pieces
re-drill through fender and replace with fancy SS pan head type bolts
.
plastic welding can often be brittle on a structural tab

yeah i welded the headlight back together but it is a more ridgid plastic, i think with a fender you will have trouble, on the plus side if you weld it good enough to steady it somewhat you now have a weak spot so your plastics wont break elsewhere if you flip it again...
maybe just my crazy theory |

| there is a plastic repair glue which is made by wurth and comes in rigid or flexible types it is usally used in smash repair shops to fix plastic bumbers or headlights etc its good stuff well worth a try |

there's Techniglue,,which is a 2 part structural epoxy,,,,it'll be a hell of a lot stronger than your plastic ever will be
rough the surfaces up for a good bonding
get it from fibreglass / resin supply boat shops

for any plastic repairs call cameron on 0416027518.tell him luke sent you. he's done a few jobs for my mates and has a great result.He's located in seven hills.
