Recently read this article on eatmydirt.com.au.
Interestingly it states that Tassie has rec reg for quads whilst Vic doesn't, we all knew that anyway, but it goes on to state that both Tas & Vic will recognise each others off road reg, so if you have a rec reg'd quad in Tassie you're technically covered in Vic, I'm gonna call the TAC this week & probe this further.
