Ok – the wife broke her scafoid bone (I think that’s how to spell it) in her clutch hand and now suffers pain when using the clutch
She rides a 350 warrior and the clutch is stiffer than my 7oo raptor ---- what I need to know is what I can do to make the clutch easier to pull in?
*new cable?
*better adjustment?
*sell it and get and auto?
I have considered fitting a small air tank and activating the clutch pneumatically
Can I get a soft clutch or auto to fit the warrior?

If I need to get her a new quad what are the options? (sports quads only)
Is the polaris outlaw auto?

Please just constructive replies thanks huge

You can get a rekluse clutch for most sport models TRX, YFZ OUTLAW 525 eg, not sure there would be one available for warriors, try SUTTO'S as he is the distributor.

What about a hydraulic clutch of a KTM???? Could probably pick one up from a wreckers. Smile

And yes the Raptor 350 and warriors are the same quad, they just overhauled the warrior with new tires, fuel tank and plastics.

the only clutches Rekluse make for quads are for the models that carry similar engines to bikes i.e. TRX/CRF, YZ/YFZ etc. with the predator being the exception to the rule.

Try a magura hydraulic clutch. I had a hydro lever on my YFZ before I got the rekluse, well worth it for the money.

BTW a KTM hydraulic clutch wont fit on anything other than a KTM, the slave cylinder mechanism is built into the cases and to fit ont to a model that normally has a cable you need a remote slave.

Mick I know the 350 rap is same as warrior – I ment “no” you cant get a recluse clutch for one

Pete where do I get a magura from? Do you think if I phone a particular quad shop in Melbourne they could quote me for a full warrior set up?

thanks daniel
