With the combination you are running i would advance the timming 3-4 deg
and run 21cc domes.
prem 98 octane bp fuel
valvoline outboard 2 stroke oil(cheap and very high quality)
600 to 650ml per 20litre 32:1 or 35:1

22cc domes will also work well and not stress the motor to much
going any lower than 21cc and you can start to get into trouble.

I have been as low as 15cc domes on alky but if you ride any longer than 10 seconds YOU WILL BE REPLACING YOUR ORINGS.
You clearly want to go faster to beat the beloved four strokes by more than 5 bike lengths you need timming .
Simpliy remove your flywheel
mark your timming plate (this is 0 deg timming)
remove the 3 bolts that hold on your timming plate
with a round file elongate the holes clockwise 6mm
reinstall timming plate rotate 3-4mm towards the gear lever(clockwise) nip up the bolts and reinstal flywheel.
every 1mm from your o deg mark is roughly 1 deg
dont forget you can reset your clearences between the flywheel and the timming pick up.
but the simple way is a timming plate with deg or a jmc 3 deg flywheel key.

Dont forget to richen up your main jets when you advance your timming...
or you will melt a piston...
