Why Quads are not catered for?
Because not enough bother to turn up when they are.
Hattah is running quads for the first time (not much but it's a start) - How many nominated to date???  8
I'm in Darwin - 3379.09km from the event (according to one web site) and Huskygoat and I are going - that is one quarter of the quad riders are coming from Darwin.
Apparently only 250 bike riders have nominated and a whole 8 quads...
Is there no quad riders done there???

well said its a start lets give them two wheels blokes & girls a good look at what quads can do its always good to convert them to four wheels I am a local & I'll be racing it should lead to bigger enduros in this area (something that makes you hurt all over would be good)

To be fair to all the Vic quad riders who wanted to do it there was no confirmation until very late and it was a bit on again off again until only very recently. There has also been an ATV MX round scheduled on the same weekend in Gippsland so guess where everyone is going......
I for one wanted to race Hattah alomg with atleast 6 other quads from down here but as stated above.....

happens all the time mate,
its a pretty simple concept to be honest, not every one wants to race, and given that quads are still a huge minority i'm suprised 8 have registered.
there are ship loads of 2 wheelers riding on the weekend australia wide just socially, and yet only a few hundred turn up to race
as compared to quads, given there are f%ck all quad riders out there yet still at finke there was a decent turn out.
In all fairness i think yeah there small numbers turning up but like i said racing isnt everyones thing. |
