most people opt for powdercoating. mine cost $70 or $90 for sandblast and pc in adelaide.

For chroming probably look in the yellow pages, someone that does car exhausts, bumpers etc.

Chroming will cost a fortune. There are area's on the frame which could not be chromed properly and the up-keep would be never ending. Powder coating all the way.

You'd be stretched to find a chroming place that would do such a large item, and like JMC said, would cost a fortune / high maintenance etc.

But if you really prefer that look over powdercoating, call Electromold - they'll do an entire bike if you've got the cash and its really low maintenance to keep it looking great.

How does painting with 2pac compare to powdercoating?

Yeah I've got the same Question. I was going to powdercoat my frame but I have been told that you can't get a metalic silver colour with powdercoat. It always turns out to be a flat grey colour. So that leaves me with painting only.

How durable is a professional 2pac paint job on a frame?
