Looks good. See you have a winch on it. That will be good at the end of a day if you to scared to ride it up, dont think to many could push it up at the end of a mx or enduro races.

as pictured they will be $1500 with out ramps( available on ebay for about $100 each) yes the tail gate does open with good clearence. and the top is open to allow you to put in the esky/ jerry cans etc

about 40-60 kg 2 blokes can lift and move it with absolute ease even the missus helps me put it on ( 5 months prego too)

did you need to cut the tublinner to fit it ?

how is it tied down?

does it feel top heavy when taking corners at 110ks?

tub liner still intact will post pics of the fixing points tomorrow, at the moment i still have it straped down with a ratchet but will get to bunnings in the morning to get some turn buckles

as they will be essentially custom made for each customer a side load is possible. i have drawn a design for one ad it will fit ant standard ute ( single cab) and come with one winch that is mountable and dismountable from the required positions on the carrier.

ive now got the pics of the quad on the top .... sorry yogie the KFX wasnt wide enough to put on this one but i have a mate who is widening his now and will put it on and get pics soon

the seat on the raptor is a killasaki design and made ...BLOODY TOPS

its a crewmas S so whatever they come with and the winch rope misses the tailgate quite comfortably i put some rollers on the top of the carrier so it doesnt scratch the paint off that either i also used the original factory tie downs in the ute base

The web site is not quite ready yet but Popy is doing his best. I should have the basic version up by the morning and the rest will be added during the week......Dont try and call friday though cuase were going for a blat. loaden the quadies on the rack for its final test before tacken orders. Some highway and dirt just to be 100% sure that everything is sweet...
