I just saw something on TV about push bike riders riding through red lights and nearly hitting people crossing the road. Other riders speeding past cars doing the speed limit. Here we are trying to become legal so as we can ride in the bush and not get booked to no avail.

Totally agree. Because we have motors, we have laws regarding compliance in construction, operation and an entire revenue stream.
