Well this took me a year on and off to build and was no easy task. Its the last of 08 carb model and every bolt, bearing and seal has been replaced. Within reason most stock parts have been upgraded with after market equipment . This is the parts list I chose for this bike:

Tag XT-1 bars
Chariot throttle
ASV levers
+2 Motion pro cables
Fly starter button
Precision bar clamps
Houser +2 stem
PWR oversized radiator
Cut down loome
Streamline braided lines
Outlaw disc rotors
Pro Armor front bar, rear bar and heal netted nerfs
Lonestar DC-4 +2 A Arms
Lonestar +4 rear axel
Fox Evols + Podium
PWR oil tank
Renthal chain wheels EK chain
TM Design works chain roller + slide
Hiper Tech 3 rims
Polosport plastics
Ballistic battery


Engine: still 450
Wiseco hi comp piston
+1 Rams flowed head
After market cams
DMC exhaust ceramic coated
Wiseco clutch
FCI intake
GYTR box

Is the frame powder coated ? What's the colour? lime green? Fluro green?

The colour is called Neon Yellow . Its very hard to capture the brightness and depth of this colour in photo form , they come out looking like its a bit dull. Yes its powdercoat but transparent UV colours like this require to be powdercoated in flat white first then powdercoated again in neon over the white. This then makes for a frustrating job of tapping every thread open and any interference fit like bearings or a arm seal end caps need to be faced back to the origional material for correct fit . And to add more dramas i went off and got any part i could electroplated not thinking about the extra material thickness there too. Hence the year it took to build.

Ha ha not riding there, funny thing is that I live 5 mins from Barley Ranch. That track is hard on gear. That being said tho it is built to ride and they all look the same after a few months when you ride every wend. Just thought I would share my pics while its looking spotless .

Sounds good Luke ill pm you later in the week . Be good to get a crew up stocko again . I will be riding one of the other yfz's this new one hasn't been on the dyno yet .
