I currentley have a Vortex Ignition on my LTR450. When i brought it it had Vortex, 13.5 Piston and some head work. It was running a stock exhaust and all dials were set at number 5. Since then i just put a Motoworks full exhaust on and running no air filter lid. I know that the only way to get it 100% right is put it on the dyno bu where i live no one has a dyno. What settings would i have to use now. Any help would be much appreciated.

Also my Vortex might be the older type as it only has the 3 dials. Dont have the map setting. But has a key that plugs into the wiring near the front headlight.

And is it the higher the number the more FUEL

Your settings at 2 and 3 would be running lean i reckon. I have mine set at 667.
