The other day the Allen screw that holds the linkage to the slide on my dr350s carbie wound out and jammed the linkage (at full noise of course) Part number 11 on the diagram is the villain

End result

Yes that is bruising not mud and its worse today Can I use loctite or similar on the little bugger when I replace it coz I don't want that happening again it hurts too much

x2.
Some people don't use loctite because of the fear of not getting the bolt undone again. Loctite will never seize the thread and in fact it will prevent water and corrosion getting in there and prevent any seizing.
The different strengths are effectively the different sheer strength plastics that the liquid dries in to.

Even a high strength loctite will still come undone easier than a rusted seized bolt, because it is all effectively plastic coated.

Clean the parts really well and use a low strength loctite.

If you are unsure, just let it sit overnight and take the bolt out again the next day, noting how tight it feels, and the thread should be a little stiff to undo for the first few turns. Then you know it won't rattle loose from vibration.
You don't need to to be extreme about cleaning the old stuff off again, just put a drop more loctite back on the tip of the bolt and wind it back in to the same tension you did the day before.
