Nice setup, I am looking at getting a new quad at the moment because my lad is going to upgrade from his old Polaris Sportsman 500 to my Polaris Sportsman 850 HO EPS and i was looking at the Outlander 1000 XT or a Renagade 1000 XXC for me. Is there anything to look out for on the on either of these quads. I am leaning toward the Outlander 1000 XT as it's main use will be for hunting.

Check out the XT-P models. They have the top shelf Renegade shocks in the Outlander type machine.

I would personally go the Outty, as the renegade is a more stiffer ride. If you are hunting (not that i do) then you have more space on the outty than the renegade. Mr Barney will advise you further. But i was going to buy the rengade. Glad i didnt. Very Very happy with the Outty. Much more versatile.
