Hi,
I have a conditionally registered UTV, I am finiding it an absolute NIGHTMARE trying to find areas around Brizzy I can legally take it (even areas that are "grey"). Can anyone recommend somewhere??
I'm struggling to see what the point is of the dept. of transport offering conditional rego when you can't use it anywhere!

Suggest you ring/email the following:
Kathy Kingsford Smith at the dept of sport and recreation.
Scott Emerson Minister for Transport.
Tourism and Visitor Informaqtion section of DERM.
Don't be rude, but don't hold back.
And places to ride, legally or otherwise, are best not posted on line.
PM incoming.
Oh yeah. Legally all motorised users of public land must be registered and licensed. Maybe remind them of it and the failure to communicate between depts. Don't be fobbed off. _________________ Remember. We elect politicians, but we have to deal with bureaucracy.
