Has anyone changed this before, the 600 brutes have the same rear set up. Looked at the manual and its seams real easy, you pull the axle fthrough the left side, with out touching RH side caseing but how do you replace the RH side bearing and seal, because thats the side thats leaking ? any ideas just let me know guys. _________________ 2005 KFX700

Remove rear right wheel.
Take the right side diff cover housing off.
In there you will need to pull the bearing out of the side
Cover you just removed and the seals behind
that. may need a bearing puller but shouldnt be real tight.
Probaly replace the bearing while your at it.
Cleanup and reinstall. |
