Nice trailer mate, I take it you put the Terra on long ways, is there wheel stops from having the quad rub on the front rails? Maybe put a photo up with Terra onboard too
Just updating my trailer brakes to disc's to take the pressure of the Cruiser on the big winding hills over here Also have put an eight led light bar on the front of the 800 as light beam on high are too far up so will give me more light for close in when on full beam but they are fine on low beam _________________ Get down and dirty... |

Nice looking setup.
I'd be concerned about the drop down legs for the camper tho. Or do those remove for off road ventures? _________________ Renegade's of funk |

sorry for slow reply renagades & terra, nice shots of ya 800 Terra there mate-sideways on a cruiser bet she is well tied down, the more I see that silver one of yours I wishes i had that colour too now Yeah legs can come off or leave to clean up dogs that get too close but they do lift up higher too about another metre. My light bar has arrived and been put on, it's a 8 bar light Caz has a 12 bar light, think a 12 bar light is better now though Brought it off ebay (won) it's a bl-lb 8 and the little bosses is a bl-lb 12 and it goes up the more leds. heres some photos

Wondering where you had got to.
Haven't had much time to finish the tray or go for a hunt. Been sorting out a few grimlins in the old cruiser and installing boost and pyro guages. Will finish the tray today.
Still waiting for my mount for the GPS/Tracker so I can make brackets and stuff. |

I got them off a friend who got a couple of sets off a distributor.
Mine were in a plain sealed box with no name. So I can't help you there. They were brand new.
The attached link shows what I think are the actual lights. If they're not the actual lights they're almost identical.
They are aftermarket lights but they're very well put together and very strong.

| Interesting. How much did ya pay for the 18 led jobbie? I've noticed when full blat at night I can't see 2 meters in front of me haha. Now with the tray on the back it's even worse. Need a good one for when chasing the pups around a swamp. |

Hi Clayton, if u have large 4x4 quads, a tandem is the way to go so as to spread the load The 4mm steel we used on our quad frames was overkill but she is real solid unit, no problems with it being top heavy or with any other trailer related towing issues. I did have to cut both frames to separate the channels when we brought the little bosses Polaris and my Terralander because of their wider track than to our older Moto 500's, but this was good as it lightned the load overall and also made it easier so I could put each channel onto the trailer by myself, as before we needed four people to put one frame onto the trailer Make your channels a bit wider in case you ever put bigger tyres on your quads in the future, aluminium may be the way to go too so as too lighten the overall weight. I like our channels with the stop on one side as I know they are welll secured being ratcheted strap back into the stops hard, a quad coming off the trailer at 100 k's would not be a very pretty sight If you need anymore info-measurements drop me a line Cheers Nige... _________________ Get down and dirty... |

Hey Nigel.
How well you reckon the quads hold on to the trailer in the rough stuff? Is just one ratchet from the back to the front like that feel alright? |

Yeah all seems good on the black stuff, have been on some forestry roads too alls good there also, have small ratchet straps for the rear of the quads so to stop them bouncing about and for xtra security can & have used the quads winch straps as xtra insurance on long trips _________________ Get down and dirty... |
