Hi folks,

Im after some information on where to go to teach my nephews how to ride the LT80 quad i kind of inherited with the purchase of a home.

It runs really well, ive got a brand new helmet and gloves that fill all 3 of us which was fortunate and and i have a trailer and we are just about ready to go.

I know of Menai, and used to ride there as a young lad about 15 years ago and ive 4x4'd there are a few times over the last 2 years but whats it like on weekends these days? Id like a kind of flat area for them to get the feel of it before they go exploring the trails around there.

Anyway, i look forward to many replies of not only menai but some other promising places!!

Unfortunetely I dont think there is anywhere in Sydney to legally ride quads for adults or kids. The only locations I am aware of is Singelton MCC or Binnicrombe near Gouldburn. Menia has gone to "profanity removed" because of all the 4x4's but you can still have a bit of fun and you should be able to find a quite spot for the kids to rap around. I would go and have a look before you take the kids and find a quite spot. Just up from the white rock has a few points you can get into the bush and there are a couple of small flat area's nearby. Other wise try and find a friend with acres..lol and if you find somewhere else let us know.
