G’day folks,
SBRVASG
Stockton Beach RVA Social Group
Do you ride a Quad, Trike, or Bike? Sunday the 29/4/12 a meeting will be held at the scout hall at Williamtown @ 10am to continue numbers for our social group, and pass on the results of our first meeting with NPWS. The starting of this group is to register numbers to be of assistance with the future planning with NPWS and WCL during the development of the changes which will occur under the new plan of management being developed for the Worimi conservation lands area. Your support and input would be greatly appreciated. If you do use this area, you should realise the importance of it.
For details please contact Brad on 0447498050.
It’s come time for our second gathering. There is alot to tell you about so far, so if you can, please find the time to attend the second gathering it would of course be greatly appreciated. There will be a BBQ and drinks available on the day for only $2 a drink and $2.50 a sausage sandwich. This will become the start of our fund raising process.
If those who have not responded to details request please get back to me as the info is only to make contacting you easier.
It would also be great if we could all continue to talk to other potential members and bring them along to the gathering and encourage them to join.
Cheers Brad. _________________ LTR 450 no 187 |

I think you mean Williamtown Hall, about 500 metres north of Lavis lane, just past the traffic lights into the airport..
Its near where Williamtown Shop and the Bakery used to be. The Scout hall, along with the cub hall were up near the tennis courts, they were knocked down years ago. |

G'day Folks,
It's easy and free to join. We can get started by either giving me a call after 6 pm any day or sending me an email at b.rad187@bigpond.com or phone on 0447498050.

SBRVASG
G’day Folks,
Firstly, a big warm welcome to all our new members.
Secondly, a massive thankyou to all who turned out to the second meeting and especially for the guys who made the special effort to help pull it together. Your efforts are greatly appreciated and I can proudly say all went home with full bellies and you should be proud as you guys successfully raised $195. That’s a big effort considering the people who turned up. I can’t thank the people who continually put their hand in their pockets to make the group run smoothly enough.
But now it’s come time for our 3rd gathering. There is alot more work that needs to be done if we wish to become the group all wanted to support at the first meeting, so if you can, please find the time to attend the 3rd gathering it would of course be greatly appreciated. There will be a BBQ and drinks available on the day for only $2 a drink and $2.50 a sausage sandwich. This will become the continuation of our fund raising process.
At this point in time we have some Guests coming to the meeting as per discussions at the First 2 meetings. SO REMEMBER THE IMPORTANT DETAILS, let’s not get carried away, let’s continue to be polite and courteous as I think the importance of how we are viewed by the powers that be is now more important than ever.
Once again, if those who have not responded to details request could please get back to me as the info is only to make contacting you easier.
It would also be great if we could all continue to talk to other potential members and bring them along to the gathering and encourage them to join, remember the more numbers the bigger the force. This is a great opportunity to show the start of our numbers, so let’s not miss our chance to really start to pull some bigger numbers. This may mean your mate who is into Fishing, Camping, 4WDing, Surfing or even bird watching on Stockton Beach. Remember, the new Plan of Management will impact on us all.
The next gathering will be once again held at Williamtown Community Hall on Nelson Bay Road, just after the Airport turn off, before the roundabout turn off to Fighter World.
Meeting time will be 12:30pm on Saturday the 2nd of June.
For further details don’t hesitate contact me, remember you guys have all my details.
Cheers Brad.
