A lot of farm and construction machines have both.
Have a look at some small tractors for and idea or two Husky.

| if you have a word to your local fabricator or even a handy mechanic im sure that they can knock something up. its only a very basic leaver that pulls a cable cant be to hard to make. |

| just a side note ,and a bite of the track,just got a ..clake,,, clutch and brake lever unit,, one lever ,,love it,,real braking over ruff ground. |
