If you must stay in Australia, I have used and can recommend Jim Sherrit.
I also hear good things about Bruce Woodley, I believe he used to do a few Finke Banshee's back in the day.
The reality is though, that no-one knows more about Banshee porting than the yanks. With the dollar the way that it is at the moment, I'd be sending my money there.

I would defenitly send it to Denny at flotek in the states, send him an email at flotek performance off the web site, would probably cost near $100 each way per cylinder though, but he is a top fella with some great work.  |
