grab it, there is no difference in the raptor 90 , to the polaris, just the cosmetics, a new raptor will cost over $3000 , so $2300 for a new polaris.
I would buy it.

Don't the Polaris junior bikes all come with a 'safety kit'? including flag, helmet etc?

Our dughter is just about turn 7 and rides a Raptor 90 fine.

Chris, if you need to make the suspension softer, give me a pm .
I work for a suspension manufacturing company, and we have springs made with a 20% lighter rate than original. the normal springs are designed for 12 yr olds. We have these on my daughters raptor 90 and she races on an mx track.

We changed the rear spring as per Shan660 to the raptor and it made a huge difference. She just trail rides but you can see the difference as soon as it was changed.
