Sorry got that wrong but as can see have ammended the dates, don`t know what i was thinking. Shutey said we couldn`t have cc on the 6th as Bathurst is on that weekend, if a footy grand final is on the proposed cc weekend perhaps we could put a big screen up in the hall.

Awesome!!!!!!
We will be there for the first two without a doubt and we will be aiming for the CC event for sure.
As for Bathurst "whats bathurst" who cares!!! lolol I can't wait till 2013 when they introduce the "car of the future" to v8 supercar racing and Toyota joins the fold and kicks the shitty ford and holden asses!!!!!! lolololol
Anyway enough about "car racing" and back to the real stuff!! it is so awesome the effort and time you guys are putting into getting these events together for the quad community and I know the easter event was talked about by everyone who attended it this year and will be an event not to miss next year!!!
Oh yea and as for the footy grand final well I only have this to say "it doesn't have a motor in it nor does it involve speeds of over 100km/h so it must be a girls sport!!!!!! lololol

Sup regs out soon for the Easter weekend
On the count down for the Reef-n-Beef night'
120 kg prawns
100 doz oysters
50 kg bugs
60 kg reef fish [red emperor ,coral trout, sweet lip ]
1/2 a bullock of rib fillet & rib roast
most of the lockyer valley vegie crop
and then there`s desert
oh and 70 cartons of ice cold beverages of all sorts to help wash it down.

Well the Reef-n-Beef has been , what a night , a big thanks to all the quad and bike riders that supported the night. Already talking about next years.
Easter Quad Trail Ride Challenge is next , looking good as we just recieved 110mm of rain last night.
But the BIG news------- after months of meetings and correspondense with council, yesterday saw us gain full support of council to run our "Cross Country " through the 6 proposed 1.8 metre pipes under the road. This allows us to access one side of the road to the other without having to cross over the road in 2 places. So 3 pipes will be used going out and the other 3 on return. Sup Regs will state under "special conditions" entry and exit will be with 2 x 90 degree approaches, bunted and a reduced speed. So the start will be on the "Thunder X" track , approx 5klm to pipes, then 20klm loop back through pipes, then 10 klm back to Thunder x track. Roughly , might try and make it longer if another neighbour comes on board.
This weekend is on the MQ calendar for the 29th [ Quads] 30th [bikes] september. Hopefully running transponders, one event licences available and much much more. We look forward to keeping you updated on progress.

Will do our best to accomadate you. Aim at having all sorted as soon as possible, but like council that could take a little longer. Rest assure the wheels are in motion. Lanyard will be a must.

More good news, 2 more neighbours on board, that means a couple more k`s per loop for the cross country.
Looking good for Easter, just keeps raining.
Not only will there be full canteen, toilets and showers, but ice will be available all weekend as well , just in case it`s warm.

If you need a quad I know of a 3 wheeled Polaris you might be able to pick up cheap
