 |
|
| I have a small clear plastic hose coming from my thermo fan on my raptor 700. I noticed the other day it was sticking up and wasnt connected to anything. It was poking up near my dash. Should this be connected to somewhere else. |

Sounds like it might be the overflow pipe from the radiator , should go on next to the cap _________________ The older I get the faster I was !! |

I think it's just a breather for when it's under water. _________________ "If in doubt go flat out"

If you take the nose cone off there is a grove cut out of the top plastic next to the radiator on the left hand side , it just clips into there , that's where it is on mine anyway.
Not sure what it does but it goes to the botton of the thermo fan _________________ The older I get the faster I was !! |

Feral is right.
It's a breather tube for when you go play submarines.
It is not meant to go anywhere... just higher up.
Ideally tuched behind the speedo and turned down at the top (loop over and face down). _________________ Can-Am X Team
