Kind of sucks that we all get branded because of a few louts,
but it really sucks because this is a result of a state govt determined to only let people ride under bogus conditions.
They wouldn't have a clue. _________________ Remember. We elect politicians, but we have to deal with bureaucracy.

Every council should have to provide a ride area for bikes / atvs.
This would keep the kids off the street.
Might solve some of these problems.

I'm wondering if the riders wore protective clothing and at the set speed limit would they still complain? i'd love to follow the metioned people: (stuff it lets mention them) Sandy Willmett and Samantha Seabright and Stan Thompson; to see how many traffic laws they break in their own community _________________ If its got wheels I'll drive it!

& just one more point. Looking on google maps there are places to ride not far away. So my assumption is that although it may not be the right thing to do; they most likely fly through the streets because they are in fear of getting caught whilst on the way to the riding place. so if they knew they could get there at a legitiment speed without getting pinned for doing so, most would do so. _________________ If its got wheels I'll drive it!

You're right Earthmover.
I live in Marsden and there is a lot of posible places to ride, however, when you do ride there you have rangers and cops that give you HUGE fines.
It works out cheaper to ride on the road and pay that fine. (not that I do)

Regardless of what is legal and what isn't, the dills in anything make it annoying....
Spot on Sean & Earthmover, though.
When we can get legal riding happening, the general majority of us, and the authorities, will have better things to do with our time. _________________ Remember. We elect politicians, but we have to deal with bureaucracy.
