Hey guys just bought a 2007 700 raptor got it for $5500 had a few little things wrong but easily fixed them i service it yesterday bloke never changed the oil filter was badly clogged changed spark plug and bike was running like brand new.

went for a ride this morning and clutch is slipping once in 2nd gear at half less then half throttle so my question is how hard is it to change the clutch plates im very handy with motors but never done a clutch before im very hands on with cars so im wondering how hard it is

so if any one could help that would be great and roughly how much are clutch kits and gaskets for the water pump and any others i may need

welcome.

Check out Raptor forum and there is a how to on how to do it.

What oil did you use?

I changed mine to 15-50w mobil1 and my clutch on my raptor started to drag
I swapped it with 10-30w and it was fine.
They don't like thick oil.

Only use an oil that is designed for wet clutches.
